to the Nebraska State Bar Association ("NSBA")! I sincerely
hope that you find your visit to our web site to be useful and informative.
Except for Casemaker (our access to legal research), all materials
on this website are available to the general public.
If you are a NSBA member, I would encourage you to utilize Casemaker,
which provides a quick, easy, and free way to research: Nebraska
cases; statutes and related practice materials; similar materials
from other states whose bar associations subscribe to Casemaker;
as well as certain federal cases and materials.

access available resources and materials. I also encourage you to
check our home page regularly, as it is updated continuously to
