LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
-
The Nebraska
State Bar Association is pleased to announce the second
Leadership Academy class designed for lawyers who aspire
to be leaders. The seven month academy is intended to develop
the leadership skills to allow lawyers to make greater contributions
to the legal profession and their community.
The goals
of the academy are to nurture effective leadership with respect
to ethical, professional and community service issues; to build
relationships among legal leaders from across the state and
from across disciplines within the profession; to raise the
level of awareness among lawyers regarding the broad range of
issues facing the legal profession and to enhance the diversity
of leaders within the legal profession and the community as
a whole.
Upcoming NSBA-CFI Charity Golf Tournaments
- The
5th Annual Greater Nebraska Golf Sramble will be held at Wild Horse Golf Club in Gothenburg on Friday, June 6, 2008. For $100 per golfer
you get lunch, dinner, green fee, cart, range balls and door prize
drawings. Proceeds to benefit the Volunteer Lawyers Project. MORE

12th Annual VLP Golf Scramble will be held at Arbor Links Golf Course in Nebraska City on Friday, August 22, 2008. For $115
per golfer you get lunch, dinner, green fee, cart, range balls
and door prize drawings. Proceeds to benefit the Volunteer Lawyers
