1) Section breakfast at the NSBA Annual Meeting;

4) Reception with program at Creighton University School of Law for students to get to know and network with members of the Nebraska State Bar;

to Action LSAT Prep Scholarship
The Call to Action Initiative's efforts
to promote diversity in the legal profession are underway!
The LSAT Prep Scholarship Program assists individuals
with preparing for the LSAT exam by covering the costs
of a Kaplan LSAT Preparatory Course and registration
for the LSAT exam. The course includes 14 sessions,
3.5 hours in length, for a total of 49 hours. On behalf

Arbitration Program
The purpose of the Nebraska Legal
Fee Arbitration Plan is to provide for the expeditious
resolution through voluntary arbitration of disputes
involving fees charged by attorneys. Additionally,
the purpose is to provide for voluntary arbitration
of fee disputes between attorneys in their professional
capacity and physicians, stenographers, consultants
and expert witnesses.As a service to the Courts, attorneys
and clients, the NSBA now offers a voluntary legal
fee arbitration rogram. Questions
