NSBA GAP Class
The purpose of the NSBA GAP Class is to provide law students who are graduating and transitioning into their first year of practice with valuable information that they may not have learned in law school, but need to know to begin their career. The information provided will cover some areas of civil, criminal, and transactional law, as well as address ethical pitfalls a new attorney might encounter and how to avoid them. Additionally, the GAP Class will qualify attendees for misdemeanor level court appointments. For more information on the GAP Class program, please contact Sam Clinch or Kate Fitzgerald or call (402) 475-7091.
